Located adjacent to Washburn Marina, near the Apostle Islands in western Lake Superior, secure facilities offer both heated winter season and ambient summer season indoor storage.

30,000 square feet storage space accessed through 26 feet high by 24 feet wide doors.

Boats up to 35 feet in length use cradles or jack stands. Boats 35 feet or greater in length use cradles. If cradle required please contact us regarding cradle rental or sales.

To reserve boat storage space for upcoming winter season download Application/Agreement. Read Agreement, fill out, sign, and mail in Application with $1,000.00 deposit and copy of current boat insurance declaration page.

Current winter season customers may continue existing reservation for upcoming winter season by submitting completed and signed Application with $1,000.00 deposit and copy of current boat insurance declaration page prior to August 1st.

New customer Applications are held on wait list in date/time received order until August 1st.

After August 1st Applications with $1,000.00 deposits and insurance documentation from all customers are accepted on first come, first served, space available basis.

If space not available, customers awaiting reservations may remain on wait list or have deposit returned.

After August 1st, accepted Application deposits are returned only if Washburn Winter Storage, LLC approved Applications can fill reserved space.

All charges for winter storage will be prepaid to Washburn Winter Storage, LLC by September 15th.
